Chapter 2. Configuration: Channel Group

Set up Channel Groups and Map View

1. Add Group: In the Group List, click the button at the bottom to add a new group.

2. Select Layout: Select a layout for the group from the Group Layout list.

3. Assign Channels: Drag and drop channels onto the layout on the right, then enter the title.

4. Map View

a. Switch to e-Map Mode: Click the e-Map button to switch to e-Map editing mode.

b. Load Map Image: Drag a map image (jpg, png, or gif) onto the map editing canvas.

c. Place Cameras: Drag a camera from the upper left box to the desired position and adjust the camera angle. Change the position and size of the video for each camera. Cameras in the box will not be displayed. To hide a channel, drag it back into the box.

d. Display Map View: In the Group List, click the map button to display the map view.
