Set up Network Connectivity

1. Server (VMS Client)

a. Port: Set the port number for the client.

b. Backlog: Set the backlog size for the listening socket. (Valid range: 1-5, default: 1.)

2. Live RTSP

a. RTSP Config: Configure the port numbers for RTSP and HTTP tunneling. You can also set the stream name format and access ID/password.

b. RTSP Channels: Select the channels to enable RTSP relay.

3. User Management Server: Set the URL of the `User Management Server`, along with the secret key and IV value used for encryption.
